5.3 VIP Cashback

gallery's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is paid at a set rate on each week's net loss. For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

All games at gallery are operated by recognised third-party game providers. The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be predetermined by any party.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using any strategy, software or system.

6.2 Technical Issues
